3. Account Security & Termination

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Oil Care Job reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, submits fraudulent applications, or engages in abusive behavior.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or republish any listings or content without permission;
• Use our platform for unlawful or discriminatory purposes;
• Interfere with site functionality or other users’ access;
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code;
• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications.

5. Fees, Billing & Payment

Basic access to search and apply for jobs is free for candidates. Premium services (e.g., resume reviews, direct recruiter introductions) are billed in CAD via secure third-party processors. You agree to pay all applicable fees before accessing premium features.

6. Refund Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you purchase a premium service and find it unsatisfactory, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase via email tobilling@oilcarejobup.com, including your order number and reason.
• You have used no more than 10% of the purchased service (e.g., completed no more than one resume review session or attended fewer than 10% of coaching minutes).
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Refund requests that do not meet these conditions may be eligible for a partial credit toward other services at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Oil Care Job is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. All services are provided “as is,” and outcomes depend on your own efforts and interactions.
